Cooking

step-0
The meat (I had schnitzel, you can take the breast) mince. Pour boiling water over, stir well to avoid large lumps. Frying pan (non-stick) to heat on the fire and put into it the meat with liquid.
step-1
Boil the meat (put out). I cooked from the moment of boiling 5 minutes over medium heat. Drain meat through a colander or sieve.
step-2
Onion cut into small cubes. Not prigoreloe in a clean frying pan, heat vegetable oil, fry the onion until Golden state (but not burn). Add the beef, time salt, pepper to taste.
step-3
Fry is not very long, add butter, turn off the heat, add spices and herbs.
step-4
The dough for pancakes take your favorite. I did yeast. Crumble the yeast, add warm milk, salt, sugar, sift the flour. Mix well (I whisk it with a mixer), pour in vegetable oil. The bowl with the dough cover and put in a warm place for 40 min. Bake pancakes on a well heated pan (for the first shoot, I lubricate it with vegetable oil, bigger pan do not grease). The pancakes are not very roasted, because they have little sugar. For sweet pancakes sugar need to take more. Bake the first side of the pancake until done, turn over and slightly dry on the other side. Damn bear on a plate, spread the filling on a well roasted side of the pancake.
step-5
To collapse the envelope. Pancakes spread on baking paper.
step-6
Pancakes fry on medium heat in a mixture of vegetable and ghee on both sides.
