Chicken with vegetables in chili sauce
Very tasty salad, family will appreciate!)

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    100 g

  • Sauce-marinade

    150 g

  • Potato starch

    300 g

Cooking

Take a chicken breast, wash, cut into medium cubes, then coat in potato starch. In a preheated frying pan pour oil and over medium heat fry the chicken. (about 10-15 minutes)

Then cut into strips carrots, diced zucchini. Add to stew our chicken breast, sprinkle with spices (to taste). Fry for another 10 minutes.

Vegetables when the chicken is ready, pour into the pan the soy sauce and add sweet chilli sauce! Simmer 3 minutes and voila, it's ready =)) Top I poured a little lemon, it was very tasty! Bon appetit)
