Talking about Apple pies difficult. It is difficult to find new adjectives. All has been said. So I will say briefly: the cake was amazing! I added the stuffing some candied orange and it solved everything! In the recipe they provided, this is purely my imagination. This cake is sometimes called "the Polish Apple pie", but it is not correct. Polish Apple pie "SZARLOTKA Z BUDYNIEM" is not done with custard, and pudding. Cooking
To prepare the products for the test, so everything was at hand.

In a saucepan stir with a whisk the egg, sugar, vanilla and starch.
Pour cold milk, stir and put on medium heat.
With constant stirring to bring the cream until thick and remove from heat.
Divide the dough into 1/3 and 2/3. A large part of the stretch your hands in the form of detachable d 20 cm, having a high side.
Apples peel and seed boxes, cut into slices.
Put the prepared apples on the dough.
You wish a little sprinkle apples with cinnamon. I added a little stuffing candied orange.
