Description
Again I come to you with bulgur, but this time the main here will be the potatoes. The dish is very popular among the Turks, usually done for the arrival of guests and is served as snack with tea (which, incidentally, is also done in a special way). Delicious, healthy, will not take a lot of time!

Cooking
Boiled potatoes, cleaned.
In big dish pour the bulgur
Add to our potatoes and mash with a fork.
....with your hands mix everything together like a dough, add a little water, first 3-4 tbsp, but already there, see for yourself. Bulgur is soft, thanks to the potato, it's hot, so much water is not necessary. Added olive oil, salt.
Pan fried the onions, added the pasta, stirred, still a bit put out, ready.
Add the onions into the potato-bulgurlu mass, mix with your hands.
Cut parsley and green onions, you can finely can big, difference and add to potatoes, stir.
