Palates of kertesi - potato spice
Again I come to you with bulgur, but this time the main here will be the potatoes. The dish is very popular among the Turks, usually done for the arrival of guests and is served as snack with tea (which, incidentally, is also done in a special way). Delicious, healthy, will not take a lot of time!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

  • Bulgur

  • Parsley

  • Green onions

  • Tomato paste

  • Olive oil

Boiled potatoes, cleaned.

....with your hands mix everything together like a dough, add a little water, first 3-4 tbsp, but already there, see for yourself. Bulgur is soft, thanks to the potato, it's hot, so much water is not necessary. Added olive oil, salt.
