Quail
Have long admired these little birds, knowing that in many kitchens they are considered a delicacy. Well, that and "got" my hands before cooking these birds!

Ingredients

  • Game

    4 piece

  • Orange

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Bacon

    8 piece

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Salt

Cooking

Quail thawed and thoroughly rinsed, to remove the remaining feathers.

Of two oranges and squeeze the juice.

Prepare the ingredients for the marinade + peel and pass through a garlic press.

Juice, garlic, salt and spices to make a marinade. Try the taste, maybe You want something to add.

Gonna marinate our birds and forget about them for a couple of hours. But it seems to me that the longer they marinate, the more tender will be in the future!

And send in aerogrill at a temperature of 205 degrees for 15 minutes, then flip the other side and leave for another 7-10 minutes. If you cook it in the oven, check the oven yourself, because they all have different cooking. (But the temperature is high not to do)

And now that it's done. As I planned dinner for the two of us, my husband, thought that these birds pair would be enough for us, because their meat is quite hearty. But guests came and "had to share":-D :-D :-D But nothing all went!!

In the process "lost" a picture, insert it now. Wrap each bird with 2 strips of bacon, like a bandolier!!
