    2 Tbsp

That's all that you need.

Wash potatoes and boil in their skins until soft (about 12 minutes). Cool and clean.

Cut "bottoms!, with a teaspoon carefully remove the inside. Put in a deep oiled baking sheet.

Herring fillets, onions and potatoes (leftovers) to scroll through a meat grinder or in a blender.

Add the egg and sour cream (1 tbsp). The resulting mass beat with a mixer.

Pour on top of sour cream. Bake in preheated oven (180*C) for 10-12 minutes until Golden brown.
