Description

Quick pie with cream cheese
Pie with puff pastry, cream cheese and tinned fruit. Very tasty and quick! A real lifesaver, if the tea you want something more serious than store bought cookies. Preparation of 7 minutes, plus half an hour to bake, and wait until the cake has cooled, it is not necessary - it is very good hot. I've done it many times, experimenting with ingredients, and every time was amazing pie. The recipe will indicate those products that are used in the original recipe, with my reservations.

Cooking

step-0
So, preheat the oven to 190 degrees, with the convection. Drain syrup from cherries into a small saucepan, add cornstarch and mix well to avoid lumps. The original uses cherry, I did a fruit salad with pineapple - delicious in any case. If the syrup is not very sweet or fruit in its own juice - add sugar to taste.
step-1
Put on medium heat and constantly stir. As soon as the cream begins to thicken, add cherries and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. As the volume of liquid is small, the process is fast. Remove from heat and add the almond flour. Stir. The original used almond flour, I this time took a mixture of almond, hazelnut and a little walnut.
step-2
In a bowl combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar and egg.
step-3
Put the dough into a candy paper, cut out a square of 30x30, can be a little more. Edge folded rolls, to make bumpers. In the middle, cut a cross and wrap the corners of rolls to form a hole. Transfer the dough on a baking sheet.
step-4
First on the dough pour cheese mixture. Just put the silicone mold to avoid leakage.
step-5
Then with a spoon spread the fruit mixture and gently mix everything. From the remaining dough cut into stripes and prepare the pie.
step-6
Bake at 190 degrees for about 30-35 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
