Cake Mosaic
Again I come to You with a cake!!Moreover, a new contest, and who knows me, knows how I love to experiment with cakes. Especially water. The idea of this cake I want to say thank you Ola (Pachita), this idea was suggested by the recipe mosaic sushi, shows it. The competition "School time"

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Soda

  • Chocolate milk

  • Peach

    1 can

  • Jam

  • Gelatin

For the dough: separate the Yolks from the whites. RUB the yolks with sugar. Then add the flour+starch+soda.

Separately, beat whites and combine with the dough. Mix well.

The pan dimmed with baking paper, lightly greased with butter. Pour 2/3 of the dough and send in a preheated 200 g oven for 8-10 minutes. Ready cake spread on a moist washcloth and wrap with napkin into a roll. The cake needs to cool down.

Bake remaining dough in the same way (cake less), grease jam and leave aside.

Cream: 400 ml cream + 400 g of chocolate heated until complete dissolution of chocolate. (Better to do it before You started cooking the cake, because the cream needs to cool completely). In the cooled cream add the softened butter (room temperature) and whisk well until thick, the air mass (about 8-10 minutes).

The sponge cake is cold. Put a biscuit in plastic wrap. Put a little cream. Wrap it up (wrap it gently without pressing). Refrigerate for 2 hours.

The roll is cut lengthwise into two halves. Then the halves for another two. Get 4 parts.

In shape, covered with cling film, lay out the biscuit, which we smeared with jam and put aside (the Form must be with high edges). On it lay out part of the loaf.

Prepare the sauce. Peaches together with the sugar I crushed in the food processor.

Add in peaches and cream heated. Then add pre-soaked in water gelatin.

I left 2 halves of the peach. Cut them and put on side of roll. Then poured a little of the cooled filling and sent it to thicken and cool in the refrigerator.

The finished cake put on the dish. Decorate as desired. I decorated with grated chocolate and the remnants of the cream and chocolate cream.
