The salad are also a nice fit for the holiday table

Ingredients

  • Corn

    1 can

  • Pork

    400 g

  • Pickled cucumber

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Mayonnaise

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Boil pork until tender for about an hour, can be a little more. Pull it from the broth, let it cool down and cut thin strips.

Cucumber also cut into strips. Tomato cut into medium-sized squares, if it is cherry, then into 4 parts.
