Description
Fresh and healthy salad recipe I want to share with you. The main ingredient in its preparation I use margelanica (green) radish. You can of course of black to cook, but I like to due to its softness and tenderness it green radish. With dressing the same it is possible to experiment with sour cream and mayonnaise and with olive oil, and can be as a child with unrefined vegetable oil.)

Cooking
Radish and carrots wash, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Dill rinse under cold running water and finely chop.
All the ingredients are folded into a deep bowl. Salt and pepper to taste. Fill with dressing. Today I have one tablespoon of sour cream with the mayonnaise. The salad on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bon appetit!
