Cooking
Tilt cocktail cherries in a sieve to stack juice.
Then dry on a paper towel.
Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath.
Dip the cherry, holding the stalk in melted chocolate and
lay on a tray, covered with cling film.
When the chocolate will drain slightly, place on another plate to remove the excess chocolate.
Sprinkle with grated white chocolate and put the tray in the fridge to solidify.
Put in paper molds for chocolates. You can treat yourself!
