We love pot roast, so I try to come up with different recipes of cooking. Today here is. Beef from stewing in cream becomes soft and tender, and the ginger adds a unique flavor.

Cooking
Beef cut into cubes, fry in vegetable oil until brown.
Meat shift in the pan and pour in the whipped cream. Sprinkle with salt and pepper - to taste. Put on the fire, bring to a boil, then diminish to a minimum. The cream should thicken.
In a clean pan fry the onion, cut into strips.
Add the bell pepper, also cut into strips.
And mushrooms - julienne. Fry all together for 3 minutes.
And ginger. Can a little salt - to taste. Fry all together for another 3 minutes.
Then spread the vegetables to the meat. Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for about 15-20 minutes.
