Spicy muffins with zucchini

Ingredients

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    300 g

  • Brown sugar

    200 g

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Walnuts

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Raisins

    50 g

  • Carnation

    2 piece

  • Nutmeg

    1 pinch

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

Walnuts divided into 2 parts. First coarsely chop, second chop into crumbs.

Melt the butter, cool and whisk with sugar.
