Products for the dough:
Wash the orange, grate it with a fine grater zest. Cut the orange in half, squeeze the juice, add the juice, zest, and warm water (liquid volume=200 ml), a pinch of salt, honey and sunflower oil. Mix both kinds of flour and dry yeast. Of liquid and dry ingredients, knead soft, elastic dough.
