Salad Carrot
Salad very easy to prepare and goes on "hurrah" in the first place. And is done quite easily. I did Turkey, because of nursing. We are already a year old, and fried mushrooms with onion bit you can. But up to six months is recommended boiled, braised, baked and just 3 kinds of meat: Turkey, rabbit, beef, so the kids don't have allergies.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    100 g

  • Potatoes

    150 g

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Carrots

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

  • Salt

  • Dill

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

The mushrooms and onions finely chop and fry in vegetable oil. Potatoes and carrots to RUB on a small grater. Poultry meat is finely chopped. Eggs and cheese to RUB on a small grater.

On a plate put the potatoes, carrots, salt and grease with mayonnaise.

Potatoes spread layers: mushrooms (mayonnaise can not grease); poultry fillets (season with a little salt, grease with mayonnaise); cheese; eggs (a little grease with mayonnaise); the carrots. Spread the dill as the tail.
