Peppers stuffed with rice and vegetables
Dish of the series: "My healthy food". So I want to celebrate the first year of life on the system MINUS 60. In this dish, as in the previous, minimum ingredients and maximum satisfaction.

Pepper to clear of seeds. Cut the carrots and leeks lightly saute in olive oil, add dry rice, mix with vegetables, add 2 cups of water, add salt, cover and cook for 10 mins until soft. Raw pepper stuff with rice and vegetables and bake in the oven for 25 minutes at T 180*.

When roasting of the pepper stands out a liquid that absorbs the rice, thus comes to preparedness.
