Meat with vegetables in the microwave
Wonderful dish! A few years ago, assembled in the "Sbarro". Cook at home, my very much. Now this dish is my lifesaver. Before leaving on vacation, put it in the freezer sliced meat and vegetables package of "Mexican blend". When you arrive, all quickly prepared and my men fed. Currently I'm remodeling the kitchen and have to cook only in the microwave. And this dish is one of my favorite!

Ingredients

  • Meat

    400 g

  • Vegetables

    400 g

  • Olives

    0.5 can

  • Tomato paste

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Spices

The meat is cut into small pieces.

In a microwave safe container put the meat and pour some water (can be vegetable oil (olive better)). Put in the microwave for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, make the sauce. Tomato paste diluted with hot water, add salt, sugar, vinegar (optional). Taste the sauce should be sweet and sour. The amount of sauce, not more than 200 ml.

In the prepared meat put the vegetables and cover with the sauce. Put in the microwave for 20 minutes.

Take out the meat with vegetables, put it in the olives and spices. Put more minutes on 3.

It turns out this is a wonderful dish!!!

NOTE: during cooking, the dish need to stir! So the meat and vegetables cook evenly. Power my microwave is 1000 watts, a dish cooked at full power, covering the saucepan with a lid.
