Capelin with vegetables
Preparing this fish yesterday for dinner. A very tasty dish! For all fish lovers!

Ingredients

  • Capelin

    1 kg

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Greens

  • Vegetable oil

    100 g

Carrots grate on a coarse grater, onion cut. In a pan pour a little oil and pour a layer of vegetables.

Washed capelin lay on top of carrots and onions, season with salt and pepper.

Grease the fish with mayonnaise.

Then again, onions and carrots, top with fish, sprinkle each layer with vegetable oil. The latter should be a layer of vegetables smeared with mayonnaise.

Capelin simmer on low heat under closed lid for 25-30 minutes. At the end sprinkle with herbs and simmer another 5 minutes. Well, very tasty!
