Cooking
In a saucepan combine the jam, salt and sugar. I had a jam from a felt cherry.
Of cherry juice. We need 1 Cup of juice.
Add the cocoa. Stir, bring to a boil. Gradually stir in the juice, continuing to stir.
Cool to room temperature. Put in a container and put into freezer for 3-4 hours. Every 30-40 minutes stir to avoid ice crystals.
