Creamy dessert with nuts, coffee and mascarpone
Not difficult, but of course, a delicious dessert on the motives of tiramisu. Discover new combination of mascarpone cheese with nuts and coffee!

Ingredients

  • Walnuts

    100 g

  • Bread crumbs

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    140 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Rum

    1 Tbsp

  • Mascarpone

    250 g

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Coffee natural

    60 ml

  • Sugar

    90 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    10 g

Nuts (100 grams), mix with breadcrumbs (50g), baking powder (1 packet) and rum (1 tablespoon).

Eggs (3 PCs) divided into whites and yolks. RUB the yolks with powdered sugar (140 g) and added to the previous mixture. Get a thick dough.

Beat the whites with the pinch of salt until stiff peaks. In three steps add to the batter. Place in a greased plums. the form of oil (diameter 20 cm) and bake 30 minutes in preheated 160 gr oven.

Cold cream (300 ml) whipped with sugar (90g) and vanilla sugar (10 gr) to strong peaks. Add cooled coffee (60 ml) and mascarpone (250 gr). Whisk until a homogeneous thick cream.

A La carte kremanki filling, alternating pieces of sponge cake and cream. The cake turns out moist, so additional treatment is not needed.

Chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour.
