Description
Blueberry pie is prepared from dough. In the test used yeast "SAF-moment" with them pastries always manages to fame. A cake decorated in the form of a basket, decorate your holiday table and will delight guests.

Cooking
In warm milk dissolve yeast, add sugar, 3-4 tbsp flour. Leave for 15 minutes. During this time the dough should rise.
Add the remaining flour, vegetable oil, knead the dough.
Leave the dough to rest for 30 minutes.
Roll the dough into a circle, put in the split form (I'm a 26 cm in diameter), part of the test cut and left in the form of the base of the basket (see photo).
The rest of the dough roll it out and cut thin strips (0.8 mm) for weaving baskets.
On the basis of the basket to put the blueberries frozen, no defrosting. Sprinkle with brown sugar.

Bake in a preheated 200 degrees in the oven for 30 minutes, until Golden brown (focus on your oven).
