Insanely delicious biscuit made with lean dough, in my case - with Apple-onion stuffing! This biscuit has many advantages: minimum set of products, the absence in the composition of butter and eggs, with a test run Very nice and comfortable, and of course - an incredible number of options of toppings! From the specified number of ingredients obtained two biscuits! Today I cooked from the norm - a biscuit. Mix the oil with hot (almost boiling) water.

Sift flour with salt and baking powder in a bowl with water and oil. Knead the dough. Leave for half an hour to rest.

While the dough is resting, prepare the filling: cut onion into small cubes, apples peel and slice as well. Fry the onions in butter, add apples, a few moments then to become soft. Ready. Grate cheese on a grater.

Half an hour passed. Roll out on a baking sheet the dough (in the form of a circle with a diameter of 30-40cm approximately). Oiling the pan is not necessary - enough in the test oil.

In the centre we spread the Apple-onion stuffing, arrange on the dough, leaving the edges a few cm of free.

Sprinkle with stuffing and cheese

Fold over the loose edges (folds) on the filling, leaving open only a small hole in the center. To grease with a yolk.

Foil to form a "conditional range" and cover them with the stuffing.
