Champorado-Filipino chocolate porridge or pudding
Champorado is a Filipino chocolate rice porridge that is served for Breakfast. And if it sort kremanku and cooling, the porridge will turn into a gourmet pudding! This pudding Filipinos help themselves in the second half of the day. Champorado can be prepared with regular milk, coconut or condensed, but this is for the sweet tooth, because here even the recommended amount of sugar I reduced. Try, very tasty ;)

Ingredients

  • Figure

    0.5 cup

  • Water

    1.5 cup

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Dark chocolate

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Cream

    0.5 cup

  • Berry

    1 handful

  • Mint

Cooking

I ispolzovala Arborio rice of TM Mistral.

Rice add water, bring to a boil.

Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until a thick porridge.

Add sugar and broken into pieces chocolate, mix well.

Pour the cream, stir and heat for another 3-5 minutes.

Remove from the heat.

Lay porridge on plates, add berries, mint or fruit to taste and serve for Breakfast!

Half of the porridge to cool to room temperature and put on kremanku. Cool.
