Suggest You try a low-calorie dessert - pears in crispy phyllo dough with apricot low-calorie jam D arbo.

Pears wash, cut off the bottom, remove the core (to do this is with a teaspoon) and clean.
Complete with pear jam and set aside.
For each pear will need 3 sheets of dough. I had big sheets of dough, I cut them in half. Lay 1 sheet of phyllo dough, lightly grease it with oil. On it lay the second sheet, brush lightly with oil and put the third sheet, lubricate the parts with oil. Place in the center of the pear and wrap it in dough,
Leaving free the end, like a flower.
On top I tied the dough thread. Bake the pears in a preheated 180 C oven for about 15 minutes, until Browning test (when the pears are cool, don't forget to remove the thread).
