Gentle and easy soufflé will appeal to all.

Ingredients

  • Strawberry

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Powdered sugar

    50 g

Cooking

Grind the strawberries and sugar in a blender.

Whisk whites with sugar until stiff.

Mix the strawberries with the protein. If you have portioned molds, brush them with butter. I have none, I use a silicone form. Put the mass into molds. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle soufflé with powdered sugar. Bon appetit!
