Schnitzel Milanese with potatoes and greens
The dish is hearty. Prepared my husband and I picked up the baton. now it's a favourite of our guests.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    480 g

  • Cheese

    380 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Potatoes

  • Greens

  • Spices

Cooking

Take the pieces of meat , cut them fat, (then we need).

Beats wrapping the meat in foil(which would not stain the kitchen). Chopped meat spread on a plate, sprinkle with salt, pepper, cumin or any other seasoning to taste. Set aside.

Cook battered (breaded) 1 egg, 80 grams of cheese per piece of meat. Cheese on a coarse grater and mix with three eggs. The main proportion - if less or more cheese, then the liaison will not stick to meat, tested more than once.

Fry the same with 2 sides, put the pan in the oven(heated to 180 degrees) or microwave. 5 minutes safely forget about the meat.

Potato peel and boil until cooked with salt and Bay leaf.

Bacon fry on the pan until state greaves. Drain water from potatoes and add cracklings. Put everything on plates. (Meat , potatoes, greens)
