  • Salmon

    500 g

  • Bacon

    8 slice

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Tarragon

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Grate the zest from half a lemon and squeeze the juice. Salmon fillet pour the juice, add the zest and the tarragon, mix well. Each piece of fish cut into 2 pieces, the halves wrap in bacon slices and fry them in oil for 3-4 minutes on each side. The stove off, cover the pan with a lid and leave for 10 minutes.
