Cooking
To prepare unleavened pancakes. Bake them according to your tested and beloved recipe. But in the dough it is desirable to add ground paprika (about 1/2 tbsp or to your taste - more or less). And begin to prepare the filling. The filling can be done in a deep frying pan (or skillet) or as I - in slow cooker. In a bowl (pan/wok) pour vegetable oil, enable "frying".
In hot oil put sauerkraut. Cabbage fry is not necessary, we only need its heat well. While the cabbage is warming up, cut into circles (5-6 pieces) of pineapple in small pieces.
"Cooking" off. To the cabbage add pineapple and a little pineapple juice (about 2-3 tbsp). Mix well. Close the lid and turn mode "quenching", depending on the slow cooker, about 40-60 minutes. If doing on the stove, then cook on low heat and don't forget from time to time to mix. While the sprouts cooked, I cooked bacon - cut into small cubes.
20 minutes until cooked cabbage put in a bowl the bacon, stir and cook until the signal. Then leave for 15-20 minutes as a warm-up. All. The stuffing is ready.
Cooked stuffing can be spread on half of the pancake and cover the second half. You can spread the filling on the pancake and roll it into a tube.
