Description
Very tasty and savory pancakes with an unusual sauce. Not just pancakes every day, and pancakes-holiday. Pancakes with alcohol, so adults only. Pamper your loved ones. It is believed that this dessert was created by mistake a young Baker Henri Charpentier in 1895. He cooked these pancakes for the Prince of Wales, the future king of England, Edward VII, and his companion named Suzette, and totally by accident the syrup caught fire. Henri thought that the dish was damaged, but try the pancakes taste, he realized that it was insanely delicious. The result is the most delicious pancakes with the sauce having a characteristic caramel flavor.

Cooking
For cooking pancakes take the eggs, sugar, salt and soda.
Mix thoroughly. It with a whisk, I do it with a mixer.
Add milk and vegetable oil TM "generous gift".
Gradually introduce the flour and stir until smooth. Remove the dough for pancakes in the fridge for 1 hour.
Start the sauce. Remove the zest from one orange.
Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
Squeeze the juice of two oranges.
In a pan put the butter, zest and brown sugar (can replace conventional).
Bring to a boil and hold for 2 minutes.
Add juice and boil 5 minutes.
Pan glow on the biggest fire. Add the butter, a little prikalivaet and wipe the pan with a rag.
The fire is slightly above average to fry the pancakes. Turn in half again.
Each pancake doused in sauce.
And put each other in the pan.
Add orange liqueur (ideally) or cognac and ignite. If you are afraid to burn, then add liqueur and bring to a boil. If will eat children, do not add liqueur, bring to a boil the sauce. Immediately served our pancakes.
