Biscuits
Crispy coffee cookies with chocolate curd-cheese cream. Perfect for a morning Cup of coffee or tea. Try it ;)

Ingredients

  • Flour

    180 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    65 g

  • Instant coffee

    2 tsp

  • Water

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    75 g

  • Cheese curd

    75 g

  • Dark chocolate

    50 g

Cooking

From brown sugar to make sugar powder using the grinder.

Mix the flour, baking powder, icing sugar and butter until it forms crumbs.

Coffee dissolve in hot water, add the egg, slightly beat with a fork.

Add the egg and coffee mix into crumbs.

Mix and knead the dough.

Lightly flour working surface, roll out the dough, cut out hearts (40-50 PCs.).

Bake the cookies at 180*C for about 15-20 minutes until it will turn brown.

In the meantime, prepare the cream. Chocolate melt in a water bath, add cream cheese, mix until smooth.

The cooled cookies to the cream and to bond 2 pieces.
