Cabbage
Russian products - and here's a real Russian dish. Nothing extra, and tasty, and useful, and not costly. For the contest "Fast from Moulinex"

Ingredients

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Figure

    5 Tbsp

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

    1 plug

  • Bread crumbs

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

Onions, carrots to shred. Fry in vegetable oil

Tomatoes peel, cut into cubes, add to pan with onions and carrots. Add a little water (1/3 Cup). Stew for 10 minutes

Boil the rice until soft. Drain the water, rinse. Add rice and steamed vegetables.

Finely chop the greens and add to the pan. Salt. The whole mixture stew for 10 minutes until the rice is tender.

Cabbage boiled in water to separate leaves. The thickest part of each sheet to be cut, so that in the finished dish of cabbage was softer.

Form for baking grease with vegetable oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and spread the cabbage leaves.

The next layer is stewed with rice and vegetables.

Again cover with cabbage leaves. Repeat to the top of the form. I did 3 layers. The top layer should be cabbage. Lubricate it with vegetable oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Bake in the oven 25-30 minutes. Cut into portions. Ready!
