With this recipe introduced me to the mother-in-law. My kids just love these things. Even more sophisticated is not necessary! Everything is perfect - just!!! My whole family loved this dish and often I have to cook it. I think that you and your kids will love them!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Onion

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Spices

  • Yeast

    25 g

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Straws

    150 g

  • Sunflower oil

Mix the minced meat with chopped onion, egg, salt and pepper.

Well, now take for the dough: in warm milk bred yeast, add the sugar and egg - mix everything with a fork and put in a warm place for approximately half an hour. Then gradually vsypaya flour, stir. The dough for softness, you can add 1-2 tbsp of sunflower oil. Stir so that the dough has become soft it does not stick to hands. Leave in warm to rise.
