Very tasty cake and original design, suitable even for the holiday table!!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    0.5 cup

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Yeast

    6 g

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Margarine

    60 g

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Flour

    600 g

  • Jam

    300 g

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

First prepare the dough: In a small bowl, mix the yeast, teaspoon of sugar and flour, pour warm water and give a "lifting" for about 10 minutes. Then pour in warm mixture of milk and yogurt, add all the ingredients (margarine and butter in the last turn) and flour. Knead the dough (it should not stick to your hands and be soft) and put in a warm place for 1 hour. Then divide the dough into 3 parts. The first part roll out and put in a form that is pre-lubricated with oil.
