Bread-potato tartlets with liver mousse
A great combination of taste, easily prepared! Baskets turn out soft, with a slight hrustenko edges. Mousse - cottage cheese-liver, tenderness and lightness)

Ingredients

  • Baton

    30 ml

  • Chicken liver

    200 g

  • Cream

  • Cheese

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Carrots

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Greens

Crumble the bread into small pieces. If the bread has already begun to get stale - in a blender grind. Add a little milk to make the bread soft.

Boil the potatoes, drain all water, add butter and mash these into a puree. Cool slightly (5 minutes)

Mix mashed potatoes and bread, season with salt and pepper, beat 1 egg thoroughly and knead the dough. It comes out as a very thick puree.

Molds for baskets to smear a little olive oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs or flour (to make it easier ready the basket to get it). Put in the form of a piece of dough and shape baskets (as pictured). Put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20-30 minutes (focus on your oven)

Meanwhile, fry liver with onions, carrots, soy sauce and your favourite spices, beat in a blender until smooth, squeeze 2 cloves of garlic (for an Amateur)

In a blender, to the liver add the cheese, cream, herbs. Again carefully whisk. It turns out delicate, airy mousse.

Take out from the oven ready basket, stuff them with the mousse, decorate)
