Cooking
Crumble the bread into small pieces. If the bread has already begun to get stale - in a blender grind. Add a little milk to make the bread soft.
Boil the potatoes, drain all water, add butter and mash these into a puree. Cool slightly (5 minutes)
Mix mashed potatoes and bread, season with salt and pepper, beat 1 egg thoroughly and knead the dough. It comes out as a very thick puree.
Molds for baskets to smear a little olive oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs or flour (to make it easier ready the basket to get it). Put in the form of a piece of dough and shape baskets (as pictured). Put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20-30 minutes (focus on your oven)
Meanwhile, fry liver with onions, carrots, soy sauce and your favourite spices, beat in a blender until smooth, squeeze 2 cloves of garlic (for an Amateur)
In a blender, to the liver add the cheese, cream, herbs. Again carefully whisk. It turns out delicate, airy mousse.
Take out from the oven ready basket, stuff them with the mousse, decorate)
