Creme caramel with a hint of orange and cinnamon
Sweet cream with hints of orange and cinnamon. Light, melting dessert! Excellent after a meal. The most impartial critics - the kids were happy!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 Tbsp

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Cinnamon

    1 piece

First of all prepare the caramel. In a saucepan pour the 200 g of sugar, add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of water.

Heat on low heat until Golden brown.

Ready-made caramel to grease the cups from all sides (I have silicone, small size). And set aside.

With orange to remove the zest and prepare the cinnamon stick.

In milk, add 50 grams of sugar, orange zest and a cinnamon stick. Boil and strain through a sieve.

In a bowl break 3 eggs, add 50 grams of sugar.

Egg mixture beat with a mixer, add the milk. I made a small mistake: much whipped eggs with milk. Whip is not very strong, so there is less bubbles (I think that's forgivable, prepared this dessert for the first time)

Take a pan, put it on a silicone form, the mixture is poured into molds. Pour the boiling water into the pan so that the water covered more than half of the form. Put in a preheated 150-160*C oven for 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool in pan at room temperature, then refrigerate at least 4 hours.
