While in the pan fun, fried sausage, cut white bread in this way: a slice cut in half and in the place where it is convex, cut out a small triangle to form a heart.
Black bread cut in this way: slice in half, cut off the corners to make a triangle - bottom of a heart, and at the top make a small triangle, as shown in the pictures.
Lubricates the hearts with cream, put the cheese and send it into the pan. Wait, when cheese is melted, sprinkle with sausage and when the bottom is browned, remove from the pan.
