In General, what is good about this recipe is the liberty of regulating the number of products. Choose texture and color. The result is a joyful, beautiful, delicious and very filling. So, given the long introduction, I'll try to be brief, but no promises. As always, for the beautiful beginning lay out all the ingredients, admiring them, asking them to develop in a harmonious dish from my husband hide the ham and in a good mood start.

And begin to master. Begin to gradually add and stir melted cheese. Little by little - because it is easier to stir. Achieve your desired consistency. The original is a very thick double cream or a very liquid sour cream. Understand, if you are going to cook. The soup should not be liquid, it should be more like soup. Here's an intermediate result.
