Chocolate cake
Delicate pastry based on cheese and biscuits. My love, and most importantly simple and fast to cook. This recipe I found in a Spanish magazine.

Ingredients

  • Cream

    400 ml

  • Chocolate milk

    200 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Cookies

    500 g

  • Milk

To fit a square shape with cling film. To whip the cream. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt in a water bath.

Mix well whipped cream with cream cheese and chocolate (that was a homogeneous mass).

Dip biscuits in milk and put in the form: layer of cookies, layer of cream.
step-4
Layer of cookies, layer of cream. The first and last layers should be of cookies.
