Cooking
In warm milk (about 50 ml) bred yeast, add two tablespoons flour and two tablespoons of sugar. Give the mixture taposiris.
Then add flour, melted butter, vanilla, sugar, brandy, cream cheese. Knead a smooth and elastic dough and leave for 20 minutes.
For the filling you can use fresh apricots and jam.
Approaching divide the dough into small strips. If cooking with fresh apricots, then in the middle of the strip, put half or a quarter the apricots (depending on size). Obvolakivaet around the dough until the end.
Now suscipiam the tips should have something that looks like roses in the middle with abrikoskos. I used slices of jam. For these rolls the dough is simply folded node and connected edges. Stacked on top of a piece of apricot.
Rolls put on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Give a time for 10 minutes and bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes until Golden state.
Fragrant and delicious muffins ready.
In the recipe I was used sugar "Mistral" brown, small.
