Very tasty, sweet Focaccia with a sugar crust and nuts.

Cooking
In a bowl, mix the flour, yeast, vanilla sugar, egg and 2 tbsp (heaped) of sugar.
Pour the warm milk and knead a soft, elastic dough, adding the dough 50 gr. of melted butter.
Put the dough into heat for 1.5 hours.
Punch down the risen dough and put into greased pan, stretching in the cake. Melt the remaining 20 grams. oil and lubricate the surface of the pellet. Press into it the chopped walnuts and sprinkle with sugar. Leave in the warm for another 20 minutes.
Then put the form in a preheated 200° C and bake for approximately 20 minutes (depends on oven)
Ready Focaccia cool on a wire rack. Perfect for Breakfast, with butter and a Cup of coffee.
