In a saucepan boil water, add milk, sugar, salt, bring to boil, add well washed rice, add raisins and dried apricots. Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes. Rinse the raisins, dried apricots cut into pieces. After 15 minutes put the dried fruit in the rice and cook until rice is done, add vanilla, mix well. Off, cover and let the infused. Cool. Next, whisk slightly the whites, pour the chips into a bowl. Now we have two options - to fry in deep fat or bake in the oven, whichever will fit. Into the fryer pour the oil, the balls should not touch the bottom. Or form grease with butter.
Wet hand formed rice balls, dip in protein and crumble in the coconut and fry on medium heat until Golden brown. If in the oven, then put the finished balls on a baking sheet and bake at 180 gr. until Golden brown.
