Blend butter with flour, mix with cottage cheese. Add a pinch of sugar and salt. Knead.
The received dough roll out the layer thickness of a finger. Split molds for the biscuits.
Beat the egg for lubrication.
On a baking sheet covered tracing paper, greased. Lay out the biscuits and brush with the beaten egg. Put in the preheated oven. Bake for about 15 minutes (the finished biscuits should be browned).
Hot biscuits sprinkled with powdered sugar. Serve warm!
