Pumpkin peel and seeds, flesh cut into long oblong slices 1 cm thick, each slice cut in half.
Heat oil in a large frying pan and fry the pumpkin with peeled garlic for 3 minutes as soon As the garlic will darken, remove it. Remove the pan with the pumpkin from the heat, carefully drain the excess fat. Sprinkle the pumpkin with sugar and cinnamon, mix well, pour vinegar, add the greens of mint and pepper to taste.
Cover, let stand at least 15 min. Can be served both cold and hot.
