Cooking
Dough: In a bowl pour the sifted flour.
Into flour put cubes of margarine.
The flour with the margarine chop with a knife.
Add water and citric acid.
Pour the mixture into a bowl.
Knead the dough and put in a couple of hours in the fridge.
Divide the dough into 12 parts and each part roll out very thin.
Put the dough on the baking sheet and put in oven for 5-8 minutes, bake until Golden brown.
Cream: In a bowl put the softened butter and beat with a mixer until a homogeneous lush mass.
Add condensed milk and again whisk.
To assemble the cake: Each layer of grease with the resulting cream. Can 2 layers, replace any sour jam. Top cake sprinkle with crumbs from scraps of cakes unnecessary. You can decorate with berries. Enjoy your tea!
