Shish kebab loved by all - and it's no wonder! But it so happened that this summer we haven't had a chance to eat them - no grill, and grill untimely died. I offer you the "flat" version of the kebab.

Cooking
Meat marinade for a favorite image. Boil the potatoes until semi cooked, cut in half and marinate (separately from the meat). The next day the meat is cut into lengthwise strips (about 1.5 cm) and breadth. The resulting pieces strung on skewers in the form of a sail. Potatoes also strung on skewers.
Skewers with meat put into a pan with hot oil and fry in not maximum heat, constantly turning. Potatoes sprinkle with sesame seeds and send in the oven at 180 gr. until tender.
