This dish, very tasty and quick. It can be eaten hot or cold. And with any sauces.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

  • Bread crumbs

  • Chicken egg

  • Sunflower oil

Cauliflower, tear the blossoms. Boil in salted water for 15 minutes - 20. Allow to cool. The cabbage is first dipped in egg, then in breadcrumbs. Fry in sunflower oil until browned. The number of eggs and crackers depends on the quantity of cauliflower.
