My variation on the theme of scrambled eggs

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Salt

  • Chicken fillet

    200 g

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Beans

    100 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Basil

  • Spices

From eggs and milk, fry one large omelet or two small (like me). Fry shredded chicken, and when it is browned, add shredded vegetables, salt, pepper and finally sprinkle with Basil.

From the pan put the vegetables with the chicken and put the omelet. If omelettes were two, then one put vegetables with chicken, and the second closing. And if the scrambled one, then on one half, put the vegetables and close the second half. Sprinkle the top with grated cheese.

Keep under cover for another couple minutes until the cheese melts. Bon appetit!
