Potato croquettes with saury
Croquettes of mashed potatoes with fish. Quick and tasty.

Ingredients

  • Mashed potatoes

    1 pack

  • Canned fish

    1 can

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

From the package of instant mashed potatoes to make a puree. I didn't want to bother with normal purestay :)

Add the fennel and mashed with a fork saury. All mix, add mayonnaise and stir again.

From the resulting mass to make sausages, roll them in flour and put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

When slightly cooled, remove from refrigerator, roll each dipped in egg, then in breadcrumbs and fry until Golden brown.

Spread on paper towel to excess fat absorbed.

Serve with any side dish, vegetable better. I used the Bonduelle vegetables for cooking :) Bon appetit!
