Chicken breast with lemon zest
The recipe is simple, but allows you to cook delicious and tender chicken breast. And all thanks to one simple ingredient. The recipe can be prepared and lean pork. You can cook in the pan and in the oven. Good breast and cold.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Fill 2 large fillet of sweet soy sauce Kikkoman for 1-2 hours. Make no mistake, soy sauce, quite sweet and not sweet, but less salty and intense in taste. You can use regular soy sauce, diluting it in half with water. After marinating, i.e. out of the soy sauce and obsesiv, a fillet can be stored in the refrigerator for about a day.

Take out of the sauce, do not wash, but only dry and cut lengthwise into 4 thin fillets. Turn on the oven to preheat to 230 deg.

With lemon remove the zest grater. Melt the butter to the emulsion and mix with the zest.

We have "naked" lemon. Lemon peel is very quickly covered with mold and deteriorate even when stored in the refrigerator. I save so lemon: cut a lemon in thin slices, put in jar for three slices, sprinkling each layer with 2 teaspoons of sugar. Close the jar with a lid and put into the fridge. The next day all the lemon slices are bathed in sugar syrup. Very good with tea!

Fillet a little potseluem and sprinkle with ground black pepper. Generously grease with a brush the butter-lemon mixture. Spread in the form of an oil-side down. Again grease with butter mixture and peel. The rest of the mixture poured into the form.

Bake in a well preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and cover the form with foil, stand for 25-30 minutes until WARM. The meat is very hot, but then almost completely lost the lemon flavor, and the warm meat just magical lemon! You can fry meat on a frying pan for 5 minutes on each side on fairly high heat, then remove from heat, cover and stand.
