Pickle with chicken giblets
A small deviation from the classic pickle, but nevertheless all recognizable and favorite flavor. At the family dining table it will have to taste and children and adults. If you want to prepare this pickle for children, ground black pepper should be deleted.

Ingredients

  • Giblets

    300 g

  • Pearl barley

    3 Tbsp

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Gherkins

    8 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Spices

    0.5 tsp

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Water

    3 l

  • Black pepper

The ingredients for making pickle with chicken giblets. Pearl barley (3 tablespoons) soak overnight, then rinse in 2-3 waters

Chicken giblets rinse the hearts to remove blood vessels, hearts can be cut lengthwise into two parts, the liver cut into strips.

In a pan, add 3 l cold water, add the pearl barley. Cook until soft, if necessary, remove the foam, then lower prepared and washed chicken hearts and liver (300 gr.). When boiling remove the foam, cook for 10-15 minutes.

Onions (1 piece), carrots (1 PC.) to chop sticks.

Pickles-pickles of TM "6 acres" (8 PCs), cut into strips.

To the pan add the vegetable oil (3 tbsp), add the carrots, onions and cucumbers gherkins-gherkins TM 6 sotok.

Sauté the vegetables until light Golden brown.

Potatoes (2 pieces) cut into small cubes.

In a pan, add potato cubes, salt and ground black pepper to taste, cook the potatoes until Al dente, then add the onion, vegetables, add Bay leaf and cook an additional 7-10 min. until tender and soft potatoes. Then turn off the heat, let stand to pickle for 20-30 minutes and can bring to the table.

When serving add in a bowl the sour cream. Bon appetit!
